Redeeming Points:

1. Redeem points collected for vouchers and rewards.

2. Rewards will change from time to time but include discount amounts, discount percentages and product specific rewards.

3. Please note that rewards points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Membership in DWT's Loyalty Program is open to all customers over the age of 18 with a valid email address who reside within South Africa. Each customer is eligible for one Loyalty Program account.

2. Earning Points: Points are awarded based on completing the specified activities. Points for purchasing are awarded based on the net amount spent (excluding shipping and handling costs and taxes).

3. Referral Program: Referral points are awarded after the referred friend completes their first purchase. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

4. Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for discounts and special offers as specified in the rewards catalogue. Points are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Account Activity: It is your responsibility to check your points balance and account activity. Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the activity.

6. Program Changes: DWT reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program, rewards, and point value at any time without notice.

7. Privacy: Participation in the program constitutes consent to DWT's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination: DWT reserves the right to terminate a membership or refuse to award and redeem points if, in its sole discretion, it determines that a member has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the program's intent.
