1. Introduction

Welcome to The Water Filter Factory's Affiliate Program. This program is designed to foster partnerships with our valued affiliates, rewarding their efforts to promote our high-quality water filtration products. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. Please review them carefully before applying.

2. Enrollment

To enroll in the Affiliate Program, submit a completed application through The Water Filter Factory website. We'll review your application and notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, particularly if we find your platform incompatible with our program or brand values.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1. As an affiliate, you agree to promote The Water Filter Factory products ethically, professionally, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. Affiliates must avoid deceptive practices and refrain from promoting our products on platforms that feature offensive content or engage in illegal activities.

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional methods are legal and in line with the terms of this agreement.

4. Commissions and Payments

4.1. Affiliates earn commissions on sales referred to The Water Filter Factory via the unique affiliate link provided by our tracking software.

4.2. Commission rates are subject to change. We will communicate any adjustments to rates through email or website updates.

4.3. Monthly payments will be issued via EFT.

4.4.  The Water Filter Factory will process affiliate commission payouts to the banking information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your banking details. We cannot be held liable for any delays, losses or errors in payment resulting from incorrect information provided. 

5. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our site and use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and related materials for promoting our products. You must not alter these materials in any way.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement begins upon your acceptance into the program and can be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Water Filter Factory will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations.

8.2. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
